Entrepreneurship Trainings Within a Project by MEP Filiz Hyusmenova |
The 28th seminar for entrepreneurship training will be held at the District Governor’s Office in Blagoevgrad on December 15 2007. It is part of a project entitled Chance for Everybody of MEP Filiz Hyusmenova.
The project began in the Silistra district, followed by seminars in Sofia and Stara Zagora. So far, over 500 people, mostly young, have taken part in seminars.
The project of F. Hyusmenova, who is deputy chair of the regional development commission at the European Parliament, is aimed at supporting the development capacity of Bulgarian regions by encouraging the establishment of small and middle-size business enterprises. It is being implemented with the support of the group of the Alliance of Liberals and democrats for Europe in the European Parliament.
Participants in the Blagoevgrad seminar will learn what type of company they can set up, what is the tax and insurance burden for farm producers, how to get a bank loan for their new business. They will acquaint themselves with the possibilities to apply for farm assistance programs of the European Union and with trans-boundary cooperation projects.
This knowledge would be very useful especially with the view of the district’s border location. The training will be held by experts from the Ministry of Agriculture and professors from the University of National and World Economy. MPs from the Movement of Rights and Freedoms from the Blagoevgrad district are also invited.
The last of the seminars under F. Hyusmenova “A Chance for Everyone” project will be held in Bulgaria Hotel in Dobrich on December 16 2007, 10:30 am.
